2. Free Individual Usage
KrishiTrack is free for individual farming households. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the expenses, land areas, and harvest incomes logged into their personal accounts.
3. Agriculture & AI Disclaimer
The Krishi Mitra AI advisor provides estimates and general agronomic guidelines based on user inputs. Weather, soil conditions, and market prices vary by region. KrishiTrack is not liable for crop yield variations or market price fluctuations in local mandis.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
